Pam led production, quality assurance, engineering and customer support operations of several New England companies before starting her own firm in 2008. Her background in customer support, supply chain and manufacturing operations gives her the solutions-oriented perspective that is praised time and again by her clients and their staffs.

Pam graduated from the prestigious United States Military Academy and proudly carries on her involvement with the academy as a member of the West Point Society of New England Board of Governors.
